We believe in the Scout motto “Be prepared”, and the best form of preparation is the accumulation of knowledge. Learning to live comfortably in the outdoors does not require supernatural abilities, but a practical understanding of the basic principles and techniques of bushcraft that will enable you to adapt confidently to any environment.

1 day Introduction to Bushcraft Course

This course is intended to provide an introduction to many of the skills involved in Bushcraft and Survival training. Course runs from 9.30am to 5.30pm Sutable for beginers for a great day out.

1 or 2 day Corporate Teambuilding Course

We have a range of scenario based courses specifically designed for the business community. Our courses are challenging yet safe, and can be adapted to your requirements.

Scout association Badge Course

This course has been specifically designed to incorporate the requirements of the Scout association survival badge.

2 day Practical Woodsman Course

Practical Woodsman Course is designed for those with little or no previous experience. The course will begin with an introduction to the safe use of Bushcraft Tools.

Primitive living skills (flint knapping)

Flint Knapping - Making Tools such as Hand Axes, Blades, Awls, Burins, Arrow heads and projectile points, as well as learning the basic principles of making stone tools.

1 week Bushmaster Course

This course is only for those who already have some experience of Bushcraft. A reasonable level of physical fitness is required for this course as there will be some walking involved.

1 day Wilderness Gourmet

This is a fantastic day out for all the family. We will be preparing a meal in the great outdoors, using a mixture of seasonably available wild foods as well as foods we will bring with us. An experienced Chef will be on hand to give advice.

Family Bushcraft camp

During 2005 we had a massive number of enquiries from families with young children. At the time we didn’t have any courses specifically designed for families, but from now on we will be offering several Wilderness weekend camps every year.

Gower Castaway Adventure

Have you ever wondered how you would manage if you were trapped in the wilderness? Would you know how to light a Fire without matches? Or find Food and Water if you were miles from the nearest supermarket?

Bushcraft Expeditions

This expedition will take place in the Beautiful Setesdal Valley of Southern Norway. This Expedition will combine Trekking and Canoeing in order to provide the most diverse range of terrain and scenery.
